The Journey 2 Adulthood program is an organized program designed to guide teens as they approach adulthood.  Primarily based on Christian ideals and teachings, the J2A program provides a forum for teens and adults to explore the issues teens face during this period of change.  The program works through several collections of topics dealing with self, community, and a relationship with God.  Some of these topics have included interpersonal communication, dealing with the pressure of sexual decisions, and how to be a humble person before God without being run over in the world.

This two-year program culminates in a pilgrimage.  The destination is completely open to the choice of the teens, but the entire cost of the trip must be raised by the teens.  For our group, this process included car washes, spaghetti dinners, yard work, and numerous other projects.  This website documents the pilgrimage of Grace Episcopal Church's J2A group.  On June 13th, thirty months after starting our process, we were ready to start our pilgrimage - a trip whose destination isn't the important object, but rather the journey.
